Root updated without know of root available help?

is it possible to downgrade? is there anything I can do since iv upgraded. I'm fairly new to this. any help would be appreciated. (iv read through the forums and don't believe iv seen a proper response to this.)
 
Did the same thing.
Didn't think we had root yet.
Saw it was almost 200 meg. Thought it might be is update or fix for that new android security breach.
Thought wrong.

just went to metro pcs today told them my phone was overheating she went t the back got me a new one with out the update still on b6 was la lie a update to b12 so now im good on b6 rooted with cm12.1
