Updates & Memory Cleaner

How can I get a good update? I use Metro PCS LG Connect. Also, where can I fund a really good.memory cleaner? I have been using Dustpan Memory Cleaner and have tried a few others, but found that it doesn't really clean everything like it says it does. Thank yoy

are you trying to clear memory as in ram? or internal memor or sd card?

SD Maid Pro is good and then I have the pro version of Advanced System Care 6 on my computer and there is a free app that comes with it. I don't know if that's available on the free vs of ASC or not, but it's really good, scans and cleans.
