Updating android 2.2 tablet

Hello there,

I have android tablet which run on OS 2.2 but it's frozen. It can starts but just shows model information at the bottom.
Details:
Android OS 2.2
Kernel 2.6.32
Build number V1.5.1

I would like to install fresh android on it, but I can not find where to download android os from?


Can you give me some hints please?

And how to start installing process?
