Help updating apps unsuccessful...help?

[nionio]

the other day i happened to move a couple of apps to the sd card (can't remember which apps). the following day i tried updating a lot of my apps thru the market, but most of them finished unsuccessfully. i know for a fact that it wasn't any app i had just recently moved. also when i try to download any new app from amazon it also ends up not installing. any help would be greatly appreciated. my phone is also rooted but with no custom rom or anything like that. it also was updating perfectly up until recently. thanks again..
