Root updating cm0.1 help?

today i checked for updates on my htc one s about the cm10.1 nightlies and there was a new update so i downloaded it but when i went to the recover and tried to flash it , it tells me error?

I downloaded it twice and they failed

What error does it tell you?

Did you flash the boot.img? If so and it still doesn't boot it may be 3.4 kernel and you need to update the phone's firmware, instructions for that on xda developers

It just says error flashing the zip. Like I downloaded the rom and when I try to flash it. It just says error flashing zip file.?
