Help updating dungeon defenders?

I really like this game but it doesn't appear to be linked to the market. How do I update it or even know when an update is available?

Frankly I'd like to know how to delete the fricken thing....can't uninstall it. Takes 600mb of storage...why are we forced to keep this?????

I was wondering this too. The market version is 5.2 and I only have 4.0. If I had to guess it is like a glorified demo. If you really like the game then paying the $5 for it isn't to bad.
Also, I opened the DD app in the market and tried to update it but it failed every time.

Root it and remove it. Unfortunately, rooting on the Xoom is still in the infantile stages. In another month or so, it should be a lot easier. Then, get Root Explorer and remove DD.
