Hello Friends I need some help here. Since getting my nexus almost a year ago I have never updated it. it is still on JDQ39. I was wanting to update to kitkat but it failed. (Twrp Recovery) So I searched and found the 4.3 upgrade and tried to install it same thing it fails besides my problem being "BTE" 
what do I need to be doing to update this nexus?

I got it all figured out and am now running the Latest Kit Kat on my system. I just had to side load the update not try to twrp it. I now have KRTT16S
