3018 is way off, even if you had 3019, you wouldn't had an issue.

Yep you're right. But my question is why are my speeds so low on the tests. I'm only getting about 1.3 mbps download and maybe 1.5 upload. Even after updating prl. Is it just because of the towers where I am?

yes, and also if metro has updated the towers by you, also some peoples have low signal inside there home but when they step outside they might get full bars, specially if you have an upstairs house than you might get low signal also, happen alot when i go to my sister house...

Yeah that's actually what my house is like. I have a upstairs and down. Downstairs I'll get 1 bar and upstairs I'll get 2-3 depending on where I am. I never tried the tests outside of my house, I should probably do that. Anyway thanks for clearing that up.
