Root Updating PRL's

Can anyone tell me where I can get the prl that will work for my precedent. I am in upstate NY dont know if you need to know that. I rooted my phone and want to get better service etc. I am new to all of this so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.!

To update your prl go to settings click about phone then system updates then you will see update prl.. Hope this helps!!!
