Every time I try to update my phone, I get the message, "You need a network connection to use this application. Please turn on mobile network or Wi-Fi in Settings.", but I am already connected to a mobile network and I've tried it with Wi-Fi and it still doesn't work. I just got this phone today, can anybody help me please? Thanks in advance!
