Root Updating roaming with an AOSP ROM

I am running an AOSP ROM on my Dinc and tonight I decided to update my roaming by typing *228. It dialed fine, but when it asked me to select which option I wanted, I couldn't because there is no dial pad.

Am I missing something really obvious here because I can't see any way to type 2 to update my roaming capabilities?

It's the Lithium Mod. And when I open the dial pad and type *228, it goes to an activation screen and the only button on it is to turn the speaker on. I then hear the voice telling me to press 1 to activate the phone or 2 to update my roaming. Problem is, there is no dial pad to actually pick a number. Just the speaker and back buttons.

There is a direct number you can dial and skip the choices, forget what it is though, searching may yield it.

Edit:
Try *22899
