Hi guys. I am trying to connect my Desire S to my laptop. I have installed the lastest HTC sync and my phone is up-to-date. However, I cannot pair my phone and laptop at all and I just get a message that my phone has failed to locate it on my laptop.
The reason I am trying to use HC sync is that I want to update my phone to Android 4.0. Is there any other way to do this without HTC sync? I am running Win 8.1.
