Help Updating to ICS

My sister has an unlocked S2 in AUS with CSC XSA. I have connected it to Kies and it looks like I can update it.

Will I lose everything on the phone when I update? I just want to know in case I need to make a backup.

You won't loose anything when upgrading through Kies.

seen a few folk saying they had to factory reset to get everything working.... persknally ive been prettyxich fine
