Root Upgrade Android 2.2 to 2.3 on ZEPAD ZT-180

I need to know if anyone has any idea how to upgrade an android 2.2 to 2.3 on the ZEPAD ZT-180. If anyone has some ideas, and I'm willing to consider rooting the tablet, I'm looking for any ideas. I need to get upgraded to Flash 11. Thanks
