Root Upgrade Available - Rooting possible?

Mine says the upgrade to 4.5.141 is available to download. My Atrix is rooted with locked bootloader, I presuming I am going to lose root with the upgrade.

If so, what rooting method will work?

Give it a while and you'll be able to flash a ROM based on the updated Motorola firmware I expect. Then no need to reroot.
