Upgrade Emails?

Has anyone else got emails saying "your eligible for an upgrade call or email blah blah." I've gotten two and when I called the number after the first one I could never get anyone to answer or call me back from my messages, same with the emails, no response back. Why do they send them if they are going to ignore our replies?

I've never gotten one, are you sure it's from Verizon and not spam mail disguised as an email from them?

It looks just like their monthly newsletter, all the links take me to Verizon's site, the email address to reply to is @verizonwirelss and the # given in the first email had a voicemail that said the woman's name and Verizon so I'm pretty sure its real.

Phishing scam.

If the email doesn't say your name/partial account number, it's usually not legit if it's asking for something.

They have my name, and all they ask is to contact them. The first one said to call or email and the second had email

I just got an email back from my last email, it has the guys info from a local store and number. I first responded days ago and no response then I sent another email today and got a response (this email was more of a rant why they email and then don't repond)

I called and it was just because I have an upgrade on one of my lines in 6 weeks, I already knew that, I thought it was for my line. I tried to get info on the Bionic, DX2, and tiered 4g but he said "we're still waiting on that info"
