I have an HTC Desire, in the UK, with Orange, as standard. It's less than 12 months old.
I've just tried to upgrade it to Android 2.2. The download failed the first time due to insufficient space. Created space (33Mb free), it downloaded OK.
Ran the install, it stopped at a screen with a picture of the phone and a red triangle with a red exclamation mark in it.
Nothing happening now. Have removed battery and reinserted, doesn't get past initial white HTC screen.
Have done a factory reset as per this link.
Still no joy. It just sits at the white HTC screen.
Any help appreciated.
