Help upgrade to 2.2 and mini keis issues

I have Samsung Vibrant on T-Mobile and I can't upgrade. I get 'unsupported device' error. I reconnected a few times, even ran Mini Keis a few times, even updated the newer driver and all that.

you have to set the usb setting to kies, THEN turn on usb debugging. I was ready to quit yesterday, but after I did so it took just fine. They really should tell people this in the directions
