Help upgrade to jelly bean

I am user of Samsung galaxy S ( gt i 9003). I wanted to update my system to jelly bean and safe!!

Is it possible and if yes how?
 
I moved this to the Galaxy SL forum where fellow device owners may be able to lend a hand.:)
