Help Upgrade to JellyBean 4.1.2

I recently had my Boost Mobile Galaxy SII upgraded to JellyBean 4.1.2. Now when I scroll through my homescreens the phone announces screen 1 of 7, 2 of 7 etc... I have the talkback feature turned off and driving mode turned off also. It just started when I did the update. A Boost store could not figure it out and Samsung wanted me to do a factory reset which I did already then send it in for warranty repair and with that experience I would rather not do, they never fix the problem. The only way I can silence it is to turn off my media volume but I would really like a fix. Please help. Thanks for advance for any ideas.
 
Problem solved. Thanks. I use an app noled and it has compatibilty issues with talkback on the new jellybean 4.1.2

How did you get to update the phone????
my computer could not pick up my phone. well really it freezes and could never get to update to the new software

Just out of curiosity..this update..is it OTA? From boost?

I dont know where the Boost GS2 is nowadays in terms of os/version since ive been rooted and ROMd for so long.

What is the latest update for the GS2 from Boost?
