Have you tried downloading Samsung Kies and getting a download that way?

Otherwise your updates should come directly from Google.

Hi there and welcome to the Forum. Try what DC suggested, and I do believe you can check if it's an OTA update. My S3 at first had an update through kies, but now it has an OTA update now. Enjoy the forums. :)
