Well I upgraded to the SGS2 with the sale and will probably be sellling off my Evo soon. Tired of having to deal with s-off just so I can make and receive calls and texts reliably. If anyone is looking to buy an Evo V cheap. You can contact me back. Not sure if this is the right place for that either. If it is not just let me know.

Hey, Lanman, can you give us a little info on how well that S2 is working for you? I can't believe that I've tollerated this HTC+Virgin phone for so many months with the screwed up calling and text messaging. I am very curious to see what a phone of basically equal new price can do.

Thanks.

I'm currently running EVO V 4G 4.0.3 ICS with 3.6 Sense on offcial Rom .
I was worry about not receiving MMS and SMS messages and not receiving 4G data speed.
Thank god, Virgin Mobile release updates for EVO V 4G.
Now I received all MMS and SMS messages and prefect 4G data speed.

I appreciate devs hard work for making CM7 and CM9 beta.
Thanks, devs for y'all hard work.

Well if somebody likes staying on the Virgin network then the SGS2 is probably the best prepaid phone that money can buy. As of right now my loyalty is to Virgin because they make having a smartphone affordable. Plus I need a phone that makes/receives calls and texts relaibly.

Just received my SGS2 today from Virgin and I must say it is a much better phone than the Evo V. Add to the fact that now calls and texts come through reliably is very nice too. I am now lookiing forward to what the GS2 has to offer and I am not lookiong back at the Evo V at all. Sorry guys, but the GS2 blows the Evo away. Many will disagree, but that's how I feel.

Enjoy, whether I agree or not is irrelevant, it's always nice to open up the box with a new toy inside. :D
