Well with the recent problems with the 4.3 update for the S3, delaying the update for the Note 2 and my constant websearching for info and feedback on the Note 3, I decided to get it, so I will be joining the Note 3 forum for a while. Its been good to help people here when I could and hope there are no issues with the Note 3, if it runs trouble free like my Note 2 then I will be more than happy!

As long as you don't get the N900A (the AT&T version, which has a locked bootloader), it's a pretty nice phone. Same as with everything, though - with a few hundred thousand rolling off the production lines, there are bound to be some that have problems. That's what warranties are for. But I've been banging on mine for over a week now (and I do mean banging on it - downloading anything that looks the least bit interesting), and aside from the fact that I would have designed a few things differently, I have no complaints. (The last computer I had absolutely no complaints about was a Sol running CUTER - I think hat was in the mid 70s.)
