Upgrading App Market...

So I've recently upgraded to CM7, about a few days ago. And for some reason, the App Market downgraded. Idk to which version, but I do not like the way it looks. When I 1st bought the phone, it looked good, when I upgraded to CM6, it looked good. But when I went to CM7, it just looked old. How can I update it? I tried to do one, where you need to use a QR code scanner, but that isn't working for some reason (Downloaded 2 different code scanners, and nothing). Is there a way to fix that, or a different way to upgrade the app market?
(Huawei Ascend Rooted cm7)
 
What Gapps did you use? The latest ones gapps_update-2.3.5-gb-20110725-signed.zip have the new market. You most likely used outdated gapps.
 
This is the one I installed (gapps-CM7-20110106).. So If I want to instal the latest one.. Do I have to do the whole steps, for flashing a rom, or can I just go straight to the GApps step?
