Hey all!

I'm upgrading to a Note 3 tomorrow.

Before selling my phone, what do I have to do? I know I need to do a factory reset, but how do I save my pictures that I have on my phone? How do I transfer them to my sd card? Also, all contacts are saved on Google right?

Don't forget to get your carrier to release the phone before you sell it. I've run into that problem when buying a phone off eBay.

Rob if you have a gmail (Google account) yes all your contacts should be stored in gmail and if you have a Google+ account so are your pics.

I just moved what I wanted to save to my sd card
with the My Files app. Or you can do the same via
your laptop/desktop computer.
