Connect the phone to the computer. It'll look like an external flash drive. Copy the pictures.
Or install Wifi File Transfer (free at the Play store). Then you can use your computer browser to connect to your phone and transfer files back and forth, (The instructions [they're simple] diplay when the program runs.)
