Help Uploading a picture

I have been unable to upload a picture for my profile from my A500. Is there some secret I'm unaware of that I need to know to be able to do so?

Does the picture fall within the forum specs?

Note: The maximum size image you are allowed is 100 by 100 pixels in dimension, as well as a file size of 200.0 KB.

I didn't even see that when I was trying earlier on my tablet. I got on here on my computer and just got one uploaded. Thanks!!!
