I've been curious for awhile now what the uptime record was that people have seen with the HTC Evo 4g. I had hit something like 30-35 days awhile back before my latest update. Since that update I have not needed to reboot my phone at all. My current "stats" are:
Up time - 2725:08:50 (113 and a half days)
Awake time - 344:29:45 (14 days)
Yes obviously the phone spend a lot of time on my desk at work, and my desk at home without being awake. I generally always have GPS and Bluetooth turned on. I use push email for 3 GMail accounts and a few other applications that run in the background. Over the past 3 and a half (nearly 4) months that the phone has not been rebooted, I have only been close to losing the streak on two occasions. Once the battery was getting hammered and it was mid-day. Saw something hanging in the GMail app, forced close that and Maps and I was good to go. A second time it got very laggy and I was just about to reboot. I put the phone down to answer my house phone and didnt look at it for about an hour. When I picked the Evo up again, everything was working fine. I dont use any task killing ups but i do play a lot of Angry Birds and check Plume (Twitter app) quite a bit.
I'm not sure if this is some sort of "record" but I'm amazed a phone has lasted this long. I never had anything last 14 days (current awake time), let alone well over 100. Let me know what you guys have seen.
