Urgent help needed unable to use my desire

I just changed my themes on my HTC & now my phone wont work. Keep getting error 'The application HTC Sense (process.com.htc.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Force Close.

I have turned it on & off, took the battery out, took the sim card out but still get the same error & now can't use my phone, any ideas guys what to do

Is it possible to get in the phone to da a factory reset?

Think i know whats happened, i used to Launcher+ but i removed this & i think these theme used Launcher. Got back into the phone& now reinstalling Launcher from the market. Fingers crossed i can get this to work.

Update - just got it working, that was lucky. Happy man again thought it was going to have to go back to Virgin & get a new handset
