Help Urgent need help Water Damage

Okay I dropped my phone in the toilet and it became fully submerged for a 2-3 seconds. I picked it up and took out the battery a little later around 40 secs (I panicked I do remember hearing rumbling sounds from the phone before I offed it. I dried it with a towel + Hoover. waited for a around 10mins turned it on at first It did not even start up took out the battery and left it for a further 5 mins turned it back on and half my touch screen is not working and the other part is not working properly further more I cant access my phone since the pattern is impossible to input.

I took out the battery again and left it for now.

Any advice or ideas I'm really scared I only made an account because of this. the phone is only
 
look on googlefor a tutorial to take apart the phone. i would say you only need to take it apart till the screen come out. leave it for a day or two and put it back to gether to see if it works then. cant realy think of anything else.
 
It might be too late to try this because you already turned it on and could have fried something but if you put it in a bag of rice for about a week it should dry it out.
