I am thinking about rooting my s4 have more control over my battery, apps running in the background, etc. My phone just dies too fast. Posting 2 things in these forums just now has drained 5% in about 5 minutes. That seems like a bit much. My questions are-
Is there a way to keep my game progress saved through the root process? I have a couple games with quite a bit of progress I'd like to keep.
How is the rooting process and Rom selection on the s4? My evo had lots of options for good, stable roms that seemed to greatly improve battery life.
