Hi. I am having a problem with my Samsung galaxy note 2. My phone won't download images or documents from the Internet. This problem began a week ago. I have had this cell for 4.5 months and could download items from web but recently it won't. When I try to download it says there was an internet error and and takes me out of the internet. Can someone help please. Thanks. :o

Does it happen both when connected to WIFI and not? Do you have your mobile data toggle turned off? I assume you have rebooted it and that doesn't make a difference?

Thank you for your reply. I have never used wifi connection on this phone only us cellular's 3g data connection. I can asses the web with no problem but can't download images or documents to the cell as before. I have restarted the phone but it didn't change anything.

Cleared cache. Tried to download image and it didn't work. The same message appears " unfortunately, Internet has stopped" after trying to download.

1) Make sure you do have internet connection.

2) Go to Settings -> Application Manager. Go all the way to the right most tab labelled "ALL"

3) Now scroll all the way down to the bottom to see the "Disabled" apps. Check to see if Downloads is one of them. If it is disabled, click it and re-enable it and you are done.

4) If Downloads is not there, scroll back up to "D" and find Downloads. Click it and clear cache and data. You may want to also clear the Internet app cache and data just to start from fresh.

If that didn't work, then I don't know what's wrong. :p
