USB/Battery jack cover?

I've been having quite a few issues lately that I think are all related to debris/moisture fouling up and shorting the USB/battery jack, does anyone know of a cover that's made for the jack on this phone? Not a full body cover, just for the jack...

Here's the problems I've been having, they've all been noted on another threads and are often linked to junk in the jack:

Phone thinks it's charging even when it's unplugged
Phone thinks it's connected to USB when it's not
Phone will not shut down, it immediately restarts itself, even if I take the battery out, it starts up the second I replace the battery

I know I can use compressed air or isopropyl alcohol to clean out the jack but I'd rather just find a way to protect it.

I dont use my head phone jack much...and when I am at work I have a Ballistic case on my phone...But one little cob job you could do is cut a nice little square of black electrical tape and just stick it on. I usually do this every monday morning and with the case on you cant even tell.
