Help usb connection failing

Im trying to connect my vibrant t959 to my computer but my computer is not recongnizing my phone/

I attached the usb, switched my usb settings to mass storage, disconnected and reconnected but still my computer does not recongize my phone! ?

anyone else having fixed this issue please help as i want to add pictures and music to my phone
