Help USB cord

Okay I am posting here in the hope someone can help. New to Moment, trying to determine how to upload/download via USB cord. Are both possible? Can someone explain how to upload video from the phone to computer if this is possible? Thanks. malk

Okay, after reviewing manual I managed to get the notification on my phone that my phone and PC were connected. Does the phone operate like a flash drive? I am having trouble uploading video from the phone to the computer. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Yes it work like a flash drive. You need to click on the notification bar and select "Mount USB" or something like that.

You have to mount the SD card.

There should be a notification on the moment that says that the USB is connected. Tap on that, and it gives you the option to mount it. Once it's mounted, you can manipulate the files on it like any external drive.
