USB debugging on/off

I regularly go from 'USB debugging' on to off and vice-versa. Is there an app or shortcut I can make on my home screen to make it turn on and off in one click?

For those of you dying to know I keep it on at home to sync with doubletwist but off at work because I charge it often.

I turn it on/off at work because when I charge it (via USB to the tower) it tries to install drivers and such, it's just annoying.

I don't think it matters, because whenever you try to put new device onto USB port, it will try to recognize it. Other way it disable it from your work computer if it allows.

... so the thief (or cop, or angry partner) who steals your phone doesn't have full access to it simply by plugging it into a computer?

You still have access.

What i mean is, if you leave USB debugging on, then anyone who gets his hands on your device has full access to it (including root access if you're rooted), regardless of whether your phone is locked. I suppose some people don't care about that; for me, it would be a pretty big problem.

(the '?' wasn't intended to make my original post a question; it was added to prompt acknowledgement/agreement.)
