Help
For some reason i cannot for the life of me get my S4 (4.3) to be visible to my iMac.
Tried Kies (which i find a pain to transfer music) but for for some reason it won't connect to that either.
Any ideas? I want to remove ALL my music and re add loads of new stuff but trying to find a painless way of doing it is a bit hard, connecting via usb and doing it in explorer is my favoured way.
BTW just removed and reinstalled Kies and still no luck. However phone is saying that it is connected as a media device (MTP) but mac cannot see it.

Considering buying another micro sd because that will come with a reader which i can use but would rather not have to go through the pain of this.
