USB disconnecting while running RUU

Trying to unroot the old Hero via RUU. Everything goes fine until the RUU tries to run the bootloader on the phone,then the USB disconnects for some reason and it stops the process leaving the phone in the bootleader and the RUU then quits. What am I doing wrong?


EDIT: never mind figured it out ( forgot to turn off usb debuggin)
