Looks interesting. I would consider buying one, since I don't want to be far from a power source, given my battery drain of 8-10% per hour.

I have a silicone skin on my Hero, i wonder if it would fit on it without taking the skin off. Hmmm.. probably not.

The one review says that the Eris battery doesn't fit in the cradle's charger, and if the Eris battery won't fit...

I sure hope Sprint or HTC comes out with a cradle.

I got a similar cradle/charger from eBay, which works just fine with my Sprint HTC Hero:

This is not the exact one I got, but it's very close. (The Touch Pro 2 battery is identical to the Sprint HTC Hero, by the way.)

I bought this one. USB AC Dual Battery Desktop Charger Cradle For HTC Hero - eBay (item 270501677802 end time Dec-21-09 18:52:22 PST)

Fits great and has a Blue LED on the front, that while looks cool, is so bright I had to cover it up (I use it as a bedside charger)

It has a cover that you can remove to charge a second battery.

I have the Innocase and have to remove the bottom to get it to fit on the charger.

elmoglick - do you think if you have a case on your hero it will still fit?
