usb drivers malfunctioned,phone wont boot up nor charge.

I was restoring my cell back to stock from gingerbread. i used the odin 3,and samsung usb drivers. everything ran well and at the it end, odin said PASS. waiting for cell to boot up,but it didn't. a warning sign came up on my laptop saying that the usb drivers had malfunctioned while the usb cable was still connected to cell and laptop. i pulled out the usb cable press power button on cell, it started to boot up but it's stuck on the at&t logo and keep flashing on and off. also the phone wont charge.the battery icon comes up and flash on and off also. and i cannot put the phone in downloading mood. is there anyway this problem can be fixed or my cell is messed up for good? oh my cell was working fine before al this happened.
