I know this is completely basic, but does anyone have a link to where I can figure out how to install the usb drivers for the Triumph? All the guides I looked at aren't detecting the device.

Are you trying to get ADB set up? The ADB USB drivers are located on the phone itself. Simply plug in the phone to your USB port and you'll see a new CD ROM drive appear on your system (you don't need to turn on USB Storage to see it). After you run the install simply turn on USB debugging and you should see the ADB driver get installed. This worked for me on Windows7 x64. I was then able to use ADB to work with my device without an issue. I hope this helps!

'Twas something gnarly with my antivirus - worked just like you said. Thanks much.

Hi I just bought the phone, but when I connected it to the computer and turned it on, the CD-ROM only appeared a second, which is inaccessible, then it disappeared.

I tried to install "MotoHelper_2.0.51_Driver_5.2.0" but it didn't help, because when the phone turned on, the Device Manager shows "Android HSUSB Device" indicating it can't find the driver. I tried on two different Windows 7 computers.

There is no "USB settings" section in my Settings screen. My computer could not recognize the SD card in the phone either.

Edit: I read somewhere that the device needed to be activated first for the CD Drive to show. I'm still waiting for my number to change over so maybe thats the problem.
