Help usb ext HDD western digital passport?

connecting my usb sticks (16gig) to the infinity works fine BUT when i try and connect my 500gig western digital passport NOTHING HAPPENS :mad:

i am only using the file manager that comes with the infinity but not really sure if that is the problem.

any ideas?
