Help USB, G3 and Chevy Cruze 2014

Hello Folks
I have posted this other places and decided to give it a wack here.
I have a 2014 Chevy Cruz, the bluetooth works good for phone calls. I tried using the aux port to listen to music, pandora etc, and it sounds ok, but when I put my USB into the car and into my LG G3 (sprint)...wow the sound is amazing. However, it shows up on my Cruze as a Nexus, and plays all my ringtones, text message sounds, and only some of my music.

It will not read anything on my sd drive, nor will it allow me to play pandora or anything like that.....

Should I get a better Aux chord...like a monster...the sound quality is not bad, but not 1/2 as good as when I use the USB drive.

Also, how would I go about changing what it says on my Cruze, instead of Nexus and then half of the time the music not even saying what it is....ugh Help is appreciated.

Does media not stream over bluetooth? In my 14 honda Civic, the sound is better over bluetooth, the Honda's do not like android over USB (Ipod Only at the moment) and does not have a Aux Port. Good thing the bluetooth works well plus the pandora app is nice.

I dont think my model of the chevy cruze has bluetooth media...

Im having the exact same problem. After running firmware update on my LG G3 my chevy no longer detects my music library. Instead it'll play my ringtones.

Anyone figure out a solution yet? Really miss changing music and tracks without accessing phone. Sound quality is outstanding compared to AUX connection.
