Help USB in and out

When I plug in my usb sometimes it goes in and out as if the usb is being pulled out and plugged back in. This also happens when I actually have am lucky enough to turn on the actual usb mode to transfer files.
 
Loose usb port. It happens, ive been through a few allys and after a while they all seemed to start having that problem. Careful, it can cause sdcard issues.

i mean that may be it. but its common for the port to get loose and have that issue, i cant answer calls when im hooked up to the pc because picking it up is a gamble whether or not its gonna stay connected
