Help usb issue

[SGS2 Issue]

Hey guys I've bought a samsung galaxy s2 about 4 months ago and everything worked perfectly. I was able to connect (usb) it to my macbook and transfer files, but since last week (and I think after I installed an update) my macbook (and other computers) can't recognize it anymore. It charges the phone when I plug it in and on windows I receive an error saying that the device can't be recognized.
- enabled/disabled USB debugging
- USB mass storage
- reinstalled Kies/drivers on Windows
- un/mounted SD card
I searched the web and tried a few things but it didn't work...

Try cleaning out the USB port on the phone, it's easy for dust & fluff to get lodged in there.

Hey I already tried cleaning it with a toothbrush... still the same.
