Help USB Link doesnt always MOUNT to comp

I have to shut off my phone then start it up..is there a setting on my phone I can set anything to? USB Debugging is off.

My Moment acted the same way for me. I sometimes had to reboot my Moment to get it to recognize it was connected to a computer via USB, and to allow a SD card "mount".

I don't think there is a magic setting for this ...

Same thought here, it was working perfect untill I did factory reset. Now I need to reboot almost every time..Not a big deal just an annoyance.

I have that issue only if I plug in the USB before turning on the screen.
