Hi, all. Getting the dreaded "USB Device Not Recognized" when I plug in my DInc2. This only started happening today; it's been working fine up until now. Not the USB on the computer: Not only does the mouse still work (regardless of which port it occupies); but also I went through the whole process of nuking and reinstalling USB support (Gateway NV55C, Windows 7 Home Premium); and the mouse still works -- but the phone goes unrecognized. I took the same phone and cable that had worked until today to a completely different computer; that computer installed the phone and everything was fine. I've tried reinstalling the host s/w for EasyTether; that hasn't helped. I'm down to replacing the cable; however, this is the same cable that successfully installed the drivers to a different computer. And I can't find anywhere to d/l the HTC Sync drivers to my PC, although I don't see how that would help.
This connection is my lifeline. Any ideas how I can get it back up and running?
