I've had my Galaxy S (Epic 4G) for about 6 months now. I encountered little to no problems on Eclair, but Froyo has given me some issues recently.
On Eclair I had NO problems with file transfering - even large movie files (2GB+).
I am running the same drivers I was using before, putting the phone into mass storage mode, and pressing mount. The SD card gets detected no problem, but last time I tried to transfer files it would stop mid-transfer, give me an error, then disconnect mass storage. I looked it up and thought it was because the file was too big so didn't think much of it.
Yesterday I attempted to transfer 200MB file to my SD card and I got the same error - so I have no idea what the issue is now. I've done a whole lot of Googling and haven't found anything like this =/
