IF someone know or if is any solution to this problem how to connect phone or have any apk for android usb ms pls help.

My phone: hxtong T19, android 4.2

Welcome to the forums we are glad you are here :)

I don't think its an issue with the phone its an issue with android no longer supporting mass storage as an option now you have to use MTP. You may need to check to see if your computer is supporting MTP.

Personally I use Airdroid to move files between device and computer its much easier and doesn't require cables.

Thanks on welcome. :) And thanks on quick reply.

Yes i think so to, because when i connect phone to pc, is just charging it doesn't even show pop up on phone.

How to use MTP?? i have lenovo laptop, which is running on windows 8.

Is airdroid ok,i mean safe to use?? I will try it, but i found some chinese program for rooting chinese phones and it's need a connected phone to pc.

Is it safe to root chinese phones? Or can you root them at all?

Well Windows 8 supports MTP my guess is that its a driver issue with your device and Windows. You will probably have to search the manufactures web site to see if there are available drivers for your device.

Rooting a chinese phone is not my area of expertise so I will refrain from answering so I don't steer you in the wrong direction. Mikedt is more qualified to answer this one.

Airdroid is perfectly safe, and more convenient I've found, it's what I always use both with Linux Mint and a Mac. As for rooting a Hxtong, probably out of luck here, can't find anything whatsoever about that phone. There are a few Chinese programs to root phones, like Kingo, but unless you've got something that's known, it may not work at all, or there's a real chance of corrupting/damaging the software and irreparably bricking the phone. Some Chinese devices are very easily and safely rooted and are well supported for modding and custom ROMs. But these are usually certain and well known brands, such as Xiaomi, Meizu, OnePlus and Oppo, and the manufacturers actually provides support as well for third-party development on their devices.

Thank you on reply and help. :)

Can you tell if phone is rootable if i tell you kernel version or something? :D And for using airdroid i will try that, i think it's the only option out there :D I found some chinese program for rooting that suposed to know my device but i must connect it with usb to try it out. So no luck for me if there is no way then?

I'd guess that for rooting you'd need USB Debugging, which is a different thing from MTP (still USB, but a different protocol). Try enabling that USB debugging settings, then see whether your PC responds differently (though you'll still need to install drivers for it to actually work).

Note: the toggle for USB debugging will be in Settings > Developer Options, and this is a "hidden" menu in recent Android versions. So if you can't see it, go to Settings > About > Software Information, find the "Build number" and tap on that repeatedly until it tells you "you are now a developer". Then the Developer Options menu will be visible.

No, I'm not making this up - some moron at Google thought that this was a good idea (or at least funny)!

Thanks all for help. Hadron thanks, but i was developer, but no usb options poped up except USB debugging.
But i managed to connect phone to pc. I installed USB Debugger from google play, which open you more options then setting show you. And then i try to connect USB and it opened options that was hidden(usb ms,mtp,cd options to chose....) and pop up showed for usb ms. :D

But now i have some questions about root, and custom roms, and upgrade android. Can i ask them here or should i open another threat? I'm new to forum so i don't know how thins go yet. :) But im getting there. :D
