My Galaxy Nexus is International GSM version. How can I know is it rooted or not?You can't do it without root (at least not yet). Any particular reason why you don't want to root? Its mindblowingly easy on Nexus devices.

Two fairly easy ways. If you have a Superuser app installed on your phone. And on the boot screen with Google in white, there is a small opened padlock at the bottom, showing your bootloader is unlocked. So there would be a very high chance you are rooted.
1st I have install Superuser app, then I have to check booting small padlock is open?
